Neesh by DAR began in the fall of 1998. It is designed and manufactured by D.A.R.,
Denise Allen Robinson, Inc. Neesh is an eclectic combination of ITEM driven clothing. Our concept focuses on beautiful individual items that can be mixed with the customers existing wardrobe or put together in a funky, eclectic, mismatched manner.
Every item features couture construction in a youthful, vintage yet modern look designed for a woman of any age — We like to say that this is clothing for the "Grown-Up Girl."
Each collection features sweaters and separates. The sweaters and clothing can work together or stand alone. Detail is a very important element of Neesh, whether that's a dozen different colored ribbons sewn on a skirt, a distressed and crumpled velvet ribbon adorning the neckline of a sweater, or limited vintage buttons on a blouse, we think you'll agree that Neesh's garments are truly special.
And as always, we hope that you will feel GREAT while wearing Neesh, so please feel free to skip or twirl, jump or dance in your Neesh clothing — we do!
Denise Allen Robinson, Neesh’s big
sister, began in the Winter of
1992. She made extra-special
novelty sweaters “to order” for
boutiques across the country. Every
piece was hand loomed, crocheted,
sewn and finished with antique
buttons, many of which were
purchased in the flea markets of
Paris.
D.A.R. has been on vacation for a
few years, helping her little sister
Neesh develop and grow. Now, she’s
back with extra-special knits……………SO
precious and special, we think her
sabbatical helped her to find a new
and exciting direction for today in
the 21st Century.
But as always, she hopes that you
will feel lovely and amazing in
D.A.R. 21st century.
